Eligible Candidates: Recent Engineering Graduates - B.Tech/M.Tech
Core Domains: Computer Networking, Wireless Communications, Embedded Systems, Computer Science
Duration: 6 months (full time work, 8 hours a day / 5 days a week), students should not enroll for any courses.(This is a strictly on-site Internship opportunity)
In-person Interviews will be conducted during 1st & 2nd week of June-2024.
We are hiring more interns now at Candela and let me tell you upfront that these internships are not for everyone. It will be a roller coaster ride and if you don’t enjoy roller coasters then you should not get on them. There will be no formal training period, from Day1 you will be given real work to do and real and practical problems to solve, and you will be given an opportunity to test your intellectual and creative limits while we still give you lots of opportunities to fail safely, ask lots of questions, learn and collaborate.
Remember that our goal is to help you gain multi-dimensional skill sets that we believe would put you on an accelerated career path. Each person in our company is like a mini startup, you build products, test products, market products, support and even sell your products and through that process you learn so many things that would sometimes take decades to learn in larger companies.
