Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships and understand their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and account status updates.
  • Educate customers on how our products/services can enhance their IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales and market penetration.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kannada and Hindi.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in IT hardware or networking industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook for tracking sales activities and communications.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for customer visits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT hardware or networking sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and interpret market trends.
