Job Description:
Deep understanding of analog circuits like current mirrors, opamps, LDOs, comparators, bandgap, voltage monitoring circuits. A good understanding of Device Physics, an ability to evaluate process technologies, and pick the right components will be a plus. Be able to come up with basic design architecture, create simulation plan to verify the design across all conditions, verification of blocks across PVT, statistical mismatch, be able to do analog / mixed-mode verification of the block using tools such as Cadence AMS, work with rest of the cross functions like systems, design verification, layout and test/validation to ensure the block’s performance and quality. Must be able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to debug and resolve issues in the design with minimal guidance from mentors.
Problem solving and clear communication (both written and oral) are important skills.
Minimum requirements:
• B.E/B.tech or higher
• Analog Circuit design know-how
• Basic Process and Device understanding
• 1-2 years of experience in Analog mixed signal design
• Familiarity and interest in Signal chains
