CEB Gurgaon is hiring for various roles. 1. Senior UI Developer Desired Skills and Experience • Expert Web UI developer with strong analytical and technical ability with 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in building web applications • Expert in developing highly optimized, cross-browser, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XHTML and CSS • Hands on experience with DOM manipulation • Hands on experience with Object Oriented Java Script. • Hands on experience with HTML5 and CSS3 • Hands on experience with AJAX and JSON • Crafting responsive design using CSS3 media queries • Must be familiar with browser debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools/Firebug • Knowledge of MVC framework • Passion for frontend development and stays updated with advances of frontend tech • Familiar with current W3C standards, compatibility issues and fallback strategies for legacy browsers (Cross browser compatibility) • Good to have: Knowledge of and familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). • Good to have: Experience with Twitter Bootstrap • Good to have: Experience with any MV* framework like AngularJS, KnockoutJS etc. • Good to have: Knowledge of JavaScript design patterns • Good to have: Experience collaborating with a team of J2EE developers • Setting up clear line of communication with Server side developers for seamless parallel development of UI and Backend, • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driving environment
2. Java Developer Skills required Essential • Strong understanding of OOPS principles • Strong Hands on Experience in Core Java. • Strong Hands on Experience in Spring MVC, Spring ROO • Strong work experience with Hibernate/JPA. • Familiar with UI Skills: XHTML / XML, CSS, JQuery, Cross-browser Development • Hands on experience in database development including Stored Procedures (TransactSQL).
Desirable: • Experience of using RESTWeb Services, ActiveMQ, SOLR • Experience of AJAX, Accessibility • Developing secure sites. • Jenkins build tool • JavaScript libraries, e.g. jQuery, and rich client-side development
3. Dot Net Developer Key Skills, Experience & Education Needed for Success: • 7+ years’ experience working with Microsoft .NET using the Visual Studio IDE for high-availability enterprise class web-based systems • Deep understanding of .NET technologies C#4.0+, ASP.Net, MVC • Work experience with Web technologies. jQuery, rich client-side development, HTML5, Javascript, XML, AJAX and CSS • Deep understanding of XML, XSLT and related technologies within .NET • Strong understanding of relational database design and development with specific experience using and developing with MS SQL Server 2008 • Knowledge of multi-tiered software design • Understanding of design patters and ability to solve complex technical design challenges • Demonstrated experience in unit test formation and strategies • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical field required; Master’s degree is a plus
Nice to have: • Experience using web services and WCF • Experience with IIS with light administrative skills • Use of Team Foundation Server
